Must be enrolled in a recognized undergraduate program
Certificate of Registration/Enrollment for the current semester
Priority is given to students in the DSWD Listahanan (Pantawid Pamilya) or residing in areas without public universities
Certificate of Indigency (if not included in the Listahanan)
Must maintain passing grades in academic subjects

Application Process

1Enroll in an eligible higher education institution (State Universities, Local Universities, or CHED-recognized private HEIs).
2Submit your application and requirements to your school's designated TES Focal Person.
3The school will encode and submit your profile into the UniFAST portal.
4Wait for CHED/UniFAST validation and the official release of the master list of grantees.
5Claim the subsidy disbursement through your school or a partner financial institution.
