Doctor's Prescription with price estimation

Application Process

1Visit the Malasakit Center or Medical Social Service unit inside a participating government hospital.
2Present requirements to the officer for social welfare evaluation.
3Sign the assessment sheet.
4Receive the Guarantee Letter (GL) which will be deducted directly from your hospital billing.
