Application Process

1Present required documents at the DSWD Crisis Intervention Unit (CIU) or satellite office.
2Undergo a screening and assessment interview with a DSWD Social Worker.
3Wait for the preparation of the Social Case Study Report or Certificate of Eligibility.
4Receive the cash assistance or Guarantee Letter (GL) for hospital/funeral homes.
