Declaration of Pendency/Non-Pendency of Case form
Service Record from the government agency
At least 15 years of government service
Must be at least 60 years old at retirement

Application Process

1Submit application online through the GSIS Touch mobile app or at a GSIS wireless kiosk (GW@PS).
2Submit physical copies of service records and clearances to your agency's Human Resources officer.
3Receive notification from GSIS on calculation of pension benefits.
4Pension is credited directly to your GSIS eCard (UMID) account.
