Application Process

1Visit the Solo Parent Office or City/Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (C/MSWDO) in your LGU.
2Secure a Barangay Solo Parent Certification from your local barangay desk.
3Attend an orientation regarding your rights and benefits under RA 11861.
4Submit your documentary requirements and undergo an assessment interview with a social worker.
5Once validated, claim your Solo Parent Identification Card (SPIC) and Certificate of Eligibility.
