Grade 12 student with General Weighted Average of at least 85%
Proof of active SSS/OWWA membership of OFW parent/sibling
Birth Certificate of student (and OFW if sibling relation)
Certificate of Good Moral Character

Application Process

1Apply online through the OWWA Scholarship portal during the application window.
2Upload scholastic records and proof of active OFW membership.
3Take the qualifying examination administered by DOST-SEI.
4Once selected, attend the scholarship orientation and sign the Scholarship Agreement.
5Claim tuition and allowance disbursements every semester.
