Proof of Income (Payslip / Income Tax Return / Job Contract for OFWs)
Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT) copy of property
Tax Declaration and Real Estate Tax Receipt
No outstanding Pag-IBIG loans in default

Application Process

1Submit Housing Loan Application Form and initial documents online or at a Pag-IBIG hub.
2Pay the non-refundable ₱1,000 processing fee.
3Receive Notice of Approval (NOA) and Letter of Guaranty (LOG).
4Complete post-approval requirements (e.g. transfer of title, tax declaration) within 90 days.
5Receive loan proceeds check or bank transfer.
