Proof of Income (latest 1-month payslip)
Active Loyalty Card Plus or enrolled LandBank/UCPB cash card
At least 24 monthly membership contributions

Application Process

1Fill out the Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form (MPLAF).
2Secure Employer's Declaration section signature.
3Submit online via Virtual Pag-IBIG or at the nearest branch.
4Wait for text notification of approval.
5Claim cash via Pag-IBIG Loyalty Card Plus or cash card.
