DOLE Certification of Involuntary Separation
Notice of Termination from Employer OR Notarized Affidavit of Termination
At least 36 monthly SSS contributions (12 of which must be within the 18-month period prior to separation)
Enrolled bank account in SSS Disbursement Account Enrollment Module (DAEM)
Under 60 years old at the time of separation

Application Process

1Secure a DOLE Certification of Involuntary Separation.
2Log in to your SSS Member Portal (My.SSS) online.
3Navigate to 'Apply for Unemployment Benefit Claim' under the E-Services tab.
4Fill out the application details and upload the DOLE Certification and valid ID.
5Await approval and direct bank credit to your enrolled bank account.
