Document Requirements

• Completed TESDA Enrollment Form
• Barangay Clearance or Certificate of Indigency
• At least High School Graduate report card or ALS Certificate
• Form 137 or Transcript of Records
• 4 copies of passport size photos (white background, collar, with name tag)

Application Process

1. 1Search for available training courses at local TESDA-accredited schools or field offices.
2. 2Submit application forms along with required academic and demographic papers.
3. 3Attend the screening or selection interview at the training center.
4. 4Complete the designated classroom training hours and practical application.
5. 5Take the National Assessment to receive the National Certificate (NC I or NC II) and toolkit/allowance.
